The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending. 4. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 and 6 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to appraise the progress of the investigation to the 2nd respondent every Friday. The 2nd respondent is directed to monitor the enquiry conducted by the 3rd respondent. 6.
