1. The present writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 Corporation in trying to demolish the petitioner’s shops bearing No.76/2- 2E, situated on Kallur Road, Kurnool District, which is constructed within the petitioner’s private land, without issuing any notice. 2.
This Court, vide order dated 29.06.2015, directed respondent No.2 not to take possession of the petitioner’s property, if so far no land acquisition proceedings are followed, subject to the petitioner being the owner and in possession of the property. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of the interim orders, making it clear that respondent No.2 is at liberty to initiate land acquisition proceedings, if the petitioner’s property is required for a public purpose, in accordance with law.
