Considering the fact that the legally issued caste certificate has been placed on record by the petitioner to prove the caste of the victim, as such, the leave as prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner, is granted. 6. After registration of acquittal appeal, issue notice to respondents No. 2 & 3 by ordinary course as well as by registered mode within a week. Process fee be paid within a week. 8.
