The instant writ application was preferred by the petitioner for setting aside the entire process of selection pursuant to Adv. No. 1/2017 for appointment to the post of Home Guards in the District of Dhanbad. 3. At the outset, Mrs. Swewta Shukla representing the State submits that Adv. No. 1/2017 has already been cancelled vide order dated 15.06.2022 and fresh advertisement has also been issued in January, 2023. 4.
