Deka, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.H. Sikdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P., Assam for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Syed Latiful Hassan who is apprehending arrest in connection with the All Women P.S. Case No. 85/2025, registered under Section 69 Page No.# 2/2 of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said All Women P.S. Case No. 85/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 02/2026, dated 30.01.2026. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for his regular bail in said All Women P.S. Case No. 85/2025. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioner may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling him to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application.
