By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to FIR No.17/2021 registered with Police Station Vidhyadhar Nagar, District Jaipur City (North) for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner before the Trial Court, submits that after thorough investigation in the matter, the Police has submitted final report negative, hence, under these circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
