The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 with the prayer, inter alia, for issuing a direction to the Fast Track Special Court No. 2, Manipur, to decide / dispose of the application filed by the present petitioner registered as Cril. Misc. (Application) Case No. 2 of 2026 (Ref:- Special Trial (POCSO) Case No. 1 of 2023/ 10 of 2025) which is pending before the aforesaid Trial Court. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed the said misc. application raising the issue about the juvenility of the victim girl.
