AG along with Mr. A. Priyokumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 with the prayer, inter alia, for issuing a direction to the Fast Track Special Court No. 2, Manipur, to decide / dispose of the application filed by the present petitioner registered as Cril. Misc. (Application) Case No. 2 of 2026 (Ref:- Special Trial (POCSO) Case No. 1 of 2023/ 10 of 2025) which is pending before the aforesaid Trial Court. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed the said misc. application raising the issue about the juvenility of the victim girl. This court is also of the considered view that the present petition can be disposed of by issuing a direction to the Fast Track Special Court No. 2, Manipur, to take up and consider first the issue about the juvenility of the victim girl raised by the present petitioner in the said Cril. Misc. (Application) Case No. 2 of 2026. Accordingly, the present petition as well as the connected application is hereby closed by directing the Fast Track Special Court No. 2, Manipur, to consider and decide first the issue of juvenility of the victim girl raised by the present petitioner in the said Cril.
