ORDER Seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the party flag and party board illegally erected by the 3rd respondent and his men, in petitioner's property and consequently to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, current paper enquiry is pending.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
