He requested for commutation of pension, which was granted. Now petitioner wants to repay the commuted amount of pension with applicable interest, in lump- sum. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has not made any representation, even though he has sought a writ of mandamus. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
