It is submitted that the suit before the trial Court is the suit for declaration and injunction. 3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with. 4. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit pending for last 8 years, expeditiously preferably within a period of six month from the date of this order. 5.
