Learned State Counsel submits that decision, if already not taken on the representation, shall be taken as per law within four months. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Uttarakhand to take decision on the representation made by the petitioners, as per law, within four months from date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
