The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer to issue directions to the learned Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur to decide the Reference Application No.488/2023 titled "Babu Lal Sharma Vs. Jaipur Development Authority & Ors." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reference application was filed by the petitioner before the learned Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur on 08.11.2023 as [2026:RJ-JP:8440] (2 of 2) [CW-1338/2026] regards the act of the respondents No.2 to 4 of raising constructions over the set back area. 3. Learned counsel further submits that even after passing of more than 2 years, the reference application has not been yet decided by the Tribunal. He also submits that the Tribunal vide its order dated 08.12.2023 has directed the Jaipur Development Authority to submit its report and documents but the same have also not been submitted by the Jaipur Development Authority before the learned Tribunal. 4. Taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer in this writ petition, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the directions issued to the Tribunal to decide the reference application as early as possible. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur to decide the Reference Application No.488/2023 titled "Babu Lal Sharma Vs. Jaipur Development Authority Jaipur & Ors." as early as possible preferably within a period of 5 months from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order after calling the required documents from the Jaipur Development Authority. 6.
