The present Writ Petitions takes exception to orders dated 27.04.2026 passed by Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on applications for stay in Application Nos.8/2025 and 9/2025 respectively. 2. On 08.05.2026 while issuing notice to respondents, this Court passed interim order directing respondent/APMC not to allot suit plot to third party till returnable date. 3. In that view of matter, this Court finds that since substantive Appeal/Application filed by petitioners is pending before 2026:BHC-AUG:24074 (2) 940-1004.odt respondent no.1, present Writ Petitions can be disposed of with direction to decide pending Appeal/Application expeditiously. 4.
