Affidavit of service filed in Court today is retained with the record. 2. Alleging illegal construction at plot no. 1644 ( Hal) 1190 (Sabek) measuring about 10 decimals a complaint has been lodged. No basic particulars of the plot in question which are necessary to identify the plot has, however, been disclosed in the compliant dated 12th December 2025 appearing at page 52 of the writ petition. 3. In light of the non disclosure of basic particulars in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. 4. It is well settled that without any demand justice no writ in the nature of mandamus can be issued. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 6. However, dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand in the way of the writ petitioners from making appropriate representation before the Municipality. If such representation is made the 2 municipality shall act in accordance with law and proceed. 7.
