This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 26.06.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.17278 of 2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents. 4.It is stated that the petitioner fought in the Kargil War and suffered 60% locomotive disabilities and partial paralysis. 5.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel, who appeared for the respondents, be printed in the cause list.
