Case No.56 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chatra. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in ABA No.6763 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 01.12.2025 with liberty to move before the learned Court to file regular bail application. He further submits that co-accused arising out of the same FIR has been granted anticipatory bail and in view of that he further seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail application. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that earlier the petition was withdrawn with liberty to file regular bail by the petitioner and he has not complied the same. 4. In view of the above and considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed with liberty to move before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail application.
