ORDER:
1. This Court, vide order dated 08.10.2015, after considering the apprehension of the petitioner that the respondent Municipality was likely to take over the petitioner’s property without following due process of law,
directed the respondent Municipality not to demolish the petitioner’s property and observed that due process of law shall be followed in the event the petitioner’s property is required for road widening.
2. Ms.V.Sirisha Rani, learned Standing counsel, appears for respondent No.3.
3. Recording the same, the present writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the interim order granter earlier by this Court. There shall be no
order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
