It is seen from the report submitted by the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court, the pleadings of the parties have already been completed and the suit is posted for framing of issues on 03.08.2026. The Presiding Officer in his report had stated that total pendency of the cases is 3861 and the Court is handling an average of 135 cases every day. He sought a timeline of one year to dispose the suit. 4. Taking into consideration that the pleadings have already been completed and the suit is posted for framing of issues, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.113 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year as required by the learned judge. 5.
