Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Bipin Chander Negi, Judge Whether approved for reporting? 1
For the petitioners : Mr. Madan Gopal, Advocate.

____________________________________________________ Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral)
The present petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 30.01.2025 passed by the Executing Court, whereby the objections filed by the present petitioners have been dismissed.
2.
Heard counsel for the parties. Perused the impugned
order, pleadings & documents appended alongwith the present petition.
2.
Admittedly, the decree sought to be executed in the case at hand is dated 16.01.2003, passed by the District Judge, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Other than the aforesaid, from a perusal of the impugned order and the documents appended along with the present petition, it is evident that only two
1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 objections were raised before the Executing Court by the present petitioners/objectors, namely, identification of the property and transfer of the property during the pendency of the execution proceedings. Both the objections, as has been pointed out in para 2 of the impugned order, had been raised on previous occasions before the Executing Court and had been dismissed.
3.
The clear intent of the petitioner/judgment debtor in filing the objections is solely to be to delay the execution proceedings indefinitely. For the reasons contained in the impugned order, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned
order dated 30.01.2025. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed, so also, the pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
The parties are directed to appear before the Executing Court on 15th January, 2026. . (Bipin Chander Negi) Judge 05th January, 2026 tarun
