Misc. No. 89328 of 2025. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to deposit the maintenance amount in the Nazarat of the District court and if the same is deposited, the Magistrate will allow the wife to withdraw the same and when the wife supplies the bank details, the petitioner will start paying the maintenance amount in the said bank account and the time granted to the petitioner for Patna High Court CR.
