Instant IA is filed seeking modification of the Court’s order in the ABLAPL with extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below complying the same. 3. It is submitted to the Court that the wife of the petitioner has been arrested in the meantime but wrongly mentioned otherwise in the Court’s order in the ABLAPL dated 24th March, 2026 and to that extent, the correction is sought for. 4. Considering the submissions of Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and State, the Court is inclined to allow the IA with a direction that the order in the ABLAPL p. 2 shall be read as and with reference to the petitioner’s wife having been arrested in connection with the case. 5. IA is disposed of. Furthermore, the petitioner is allowed extended period of fifteen days from today to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the order in the ABLAPL dated 24th March, 2026. 6.
