Mohar Singh are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 3. It has been submitted that no amount has been deposited before the learned Trial Court or this Court. In view of this, no order is required to be passed for the disbursal of the amount by this Court. 4. The petitioner is stated to be in judicial custody and he is presently lodged in District Jail, Mandi, HP. He is ordered to be released forthwith, if not required in any other case. Release warrants be prepared accordingly and the same be sent to the Superintendent, District Jail, Mandi, H.P through FASTER forthwith for necessary compliance. 5.
