IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Assumption of Charge Proceedings dated 03.09.2025 (Ref: HRD/Fit & Proper Criteria/2025-26) and consequently restrain the 5th Respondent from discharging any administrative, financial, or executive functions in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer; while further directing the 2"d Respondent to make an immediate, alternative arrangement by placing a duly qualified officer in-charge to safeguard the financial interests of the depositors, and pass such other orders.
