It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the direction given by this Court in its order dated 28.08.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 335 of 2025 have been duly complied with by the respondents by issuing an order dated 27.10.2025 thereby declining to accede to the request made by the petitioner. The learned counsel accordingly prays for closing this contempt case as the respondents have already complied with the direction given by this Court. Needless to mention here that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said compliance order dated 27.10.2025 by filling appropriate writ petition if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order.
