By medium of the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks participation and consequent selection to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) advertised vide Advertisement No. 07-PSC (DR-P) of 2025 dated 14th May, 2025, under the EWS Category 02. Mr. F. A. Natnoo, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 has produced the result of the petitioner in terms of Order dated 23rd February, 2026. 03. As per the information sent by the Public Service Commission, the petitioner has obtained 439.37 marks in the EWS Category, while as the last selected candidate in the said category has obtained 472.75 marks. 04. In view of the fact that the petitioner has failed to obtain the requisite merit for selection to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division), the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
