The present writ petition is filed assailing the impugned orders dated 08.01.2026, whereby the petitioner has been placed under suspension. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned orders dated 08.01.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent suspending the petitioner from service and withholding the petitioner’s annual increments are illegal and arbitrary. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents have conducted an enquiry and, based on the enquiry report, passed the final orders after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, and without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to furnish the enquiry report along with the show cause notice to the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit his detailed explanation, and thereafter the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. 6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
