When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu(Crl.Side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and appropriate orders will be passed thereon within a period of four weeks. 3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2026 seeking to grant 60 days furlough to the convict prisoner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
