Report of the learned District Judge has already been received by this Court. 3. Without entering into those controversies, I direct the petitioners to appear before the Officer-in-Charge, Ghatshila Police Station along with a copy of this order on or before 21.04.2026. 4. The Officer-in-Charge will give proper protection to the petitioners and ensure that the petitioners appear before the Trial Court immediately and file the personal bail bond. The Trial Court is directed to accept the same. 5. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is disposed of. 6.
