He would further submit that there is no discussion with regard to the recovery of the weapon and the tallying of the blood group with the scientific evidence. He would also submit that the accused had surrendered on the next day of the occurrence and had also made a confession statement. 2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondent/accused would submit that the trial Court rightly taking into consideration the contradictions in the evidence of the witnesses, disbelieved the same and acquitted the respondent/accused. 3. Having gone through the records, we find that it is a fit case for grant of leave. 4. Leave granted. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
