Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 02.04.2026 requesting the respondents to conduct the election to the third respondent Society for the triennium 2025–2028 in accordance with its bye-laws. It is further submitted that despite the earlier orders passed by this Court, no steps have been taken by the respondents to conduct the election. Since the petitioner's representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition. 5. The learned counsel further submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.21509 of 2026 6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the third respondent. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
