2. The learned counsel for the petitioners/claimants submitted that this Court by order dated 28.04.2026 in CMA(MD)No.547 of 2026, while ordering notice to the claimants, had issued a direction to the 1st respondent/insurance company to deposit the entire award amount with accrued interest to the credit of the claim petition within a period of six weeks. He would further submit that the 1st respondent has complied with the said direction by depositing the entire award amount with interest to the tune of Rs. 1,07,40,996/- to the credit of the claim petition on 08.05.2026. Now the petitioners 1 and 4 are required money to meet out the day-to-day family expenses, educational expenses of the petitioners 2 and 3 and the medical expenses of the 4th petitioner. Hence, this petition has been filed. 3. Considering the above submissions, the petitioners 1 and 4 are permitted to withdraw 50% of their respective shares along with proportionate accrued interest without filing formal permission petition before the Tribunal. The Tribunal shall deposit the shares of the petitioners 2 and 3/minors along with proportionate accrued interest in a Nationalised Bank in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit, renewable periodically, in the names of the minors.
For the welfare of the minor petitioners and to meet out their educational expenses, the interest accruing on such minors' deposit is permitted to be withdrawn by the 1st petitioner/mother of the minor petitioners 2 and 3, once in three months directly from the Bank. 4.
