Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition. 4.The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
