Paramanik, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P., Assam for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, (1) Motlib Ali @ Motleb Ali, (2) Bapukan Ali, (3) Sajid Akhtar and (4) Shahbas Akhtar, who are apprehending arrest in connection with the Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 71/2026, registered under Sections 329(4)/308(2)/115(2)/296/351(2)/ 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Goswami, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 71/2026, vide Charge-Sheet No. 59/2026, dated 30.04.2026. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for their regular bail in said Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 71/2026. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioners may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling them to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a Page No.# 3/3 regular bail application.
