The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the final bill amounts of Rs.32,21,503/- due to the petitioner. 3. It is contended that the sums are due to the petitioner, on account of the execution of works relating to providing additional infrastructural facilities to four different Zilla Parishad High Schools in Tirupati District. 4. When the matter has been coming up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader for School Education has placed before the Court a copy of the instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that final bills in respect of each of the work have been processed by the 5th respondent, the net amount payable to the petitioner is determined as Rs.32,21,503/-. 5. Having regard to the same, as the said sum of Rs.32,21,503/- is admitted to be payable to the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 and 7 to remit 5 the admitted amount of Rs.32,21,503/- to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
