No.1059 of 2026 13.02.2024 in the main writ petition, directed the respondents to reimburse the amounts, if any, recovered under the said impugned proceedings. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to a sum of Rs.1,15,925/-. 2. Mrs.K.Porkodi, learned Government Pleader submitted that the said amount of Rs.1,15,925/- has been refunded to the petitioner. 3. The same is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In the circumstances, this Court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court, Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
