CMP No. 8455/2026 The present application under Order 32, Rule 12, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 1 Yugal @ Yougal for discharging his natural guardian, as he has attained the age of majority. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant and also taking into consideration the fact that the applicant has now attained the age of majority, as is evident from his Matriculation Certificates, appended with the application as Annexure A-1, wherein his date of birth has been mentioned as 13.11.2007, the present application is allowed and natural guardianship of applicant/respondent No. 1 Yugal @ Yougal is ordered to be discharged and he is permitted to pursue the case in his own capacity. The application stands disposed of. ….2… CMP No. 8456/2026 The present application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 1 Yugal @ Yougal for release of the award amount, alongwith up-to-date interest, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant. No reply to the application is intended to be filed on behalf the non-applicants/appellants and learned vice counsel for the non-applicants/appellants, under instructions received from the original counsel, submitted that no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court and the same has attained finality. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant, coupled with the fact that the award has attained finality, as till date, no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court, the same is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No. 1 Yugal @ Yougal, as per his share, after proper verification and ….3…. identification, by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-3 of the application.
