Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they filed counter in I.A.No.59 of 2024 and is ready with the matter; however, the trial court is not proceeding with disposal of the I.A.No.59 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents disputed the said fact, and stated that I.A., was disposed of confirming the injunction granted in favour of the respondents/ plaintiffs. 5.
