Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 05.06.2026 requesting the respondents to restore and open the traditional pathway to enable access for carrying on bona fide agricultural activities. It is further submitted that, despite receipt of the said representation, the respondents have not passed any orders thereon. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 5.
