Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to correct the gradation list of the petitioners and consider the petitioners seniority from the date of appointment and provide further consequential benefits like promotion to higher post. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners may be permitted to to submit representation before Respondent No. 5 and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on representation of petitioners at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioners to submit representation before Respondent No. 5 raising their grievance and in the event petitioners submits such a representation, Respondent No. 5 shall consider and take decision on the representation of petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5.
