State of Rajasthan through Tehsildar, and in the event that any such application is filed, the same may be decided expeditiously. Considering the limited submission so made, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to learned counsel for the petitioners to file an application before the District Collector, Karauli, Rajasthan seeking early disposal of the abovementioned case.
