Petitioner is working as a Class III employee in the office of NCC, Champawat. She was engaged as a Class IV employee on 06.10.2004 at NCC, Pithoragarh. In the month of March, 2025, petitioner was promoted as Junior Assistant and posted at NCC, Champawat. By order dated 10.06.2025, which is under challenge, petitioner has been transferred to NCC, Almora. 5. Case of the petitioner is that she is a widow and she wants her to be considered in the options given by her in the application recently moved to respondent no.3. It is also stated that just within a period of three months, she was again transferred from Champawat to Almora. The writ petition has been filed by petitioner on the premise that the transfer of petitioner cannot be done in such a manner and it is a frequent transfer which is impermissible under the law. 6. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Champawat to Almora under a 2026:UHC:3648 regular transfer. It is also stated that the application moved by petitioner shall be considered by respondent no.3 in accordance with law and endeavour shall be made to place the petitioner in one of the options given by her in her application as per applicable rules. 7. In view of submission made by learned Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is finally disposed of. Respondent no.3 is directed to consider the application of petitioner moved by her recently and further consider to post her in and around the options given by her in accordance with law particularly in this transfer season itself.
