C.M.P.(MD).No.3930 of 2026 in C.M.A(MD)SR.No.64648 of 2024 K.MURALI SHANKAR, J. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree, dated 14.03.2024 in M.C.O.P.No.46 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Paramakudi. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fifth respondent was reported dead and her husband/fourth respondent is already on record and also filed a memo to that effect. 3.The said memo is recorded. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 and also perused the records. 4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course. 29.07.2026 das https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
