The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bank More PS Case No.307 of 2025, for offence registered under section 69 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and false allegations are made of establishing relationship on the false pretext of marriage. He next submits that relationship was there since 28.05.2023 and first relationship was established on 19.11.2023 which continued up to 05.04.2025 whereas the FIR has been lodged on 21.12.2025. He submits that what has happened that was consensual in nature.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that relationship was established on the pretext of marriage.

From the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the informant is major and informant and petitioner were in relationship since 28.05.2023 which continued till 05.4.2025 and from the contents of the FIR it prima facie appears that what has happened that was consensual in nature, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper.
6. This petition is disposed of.
