On 18.09.2015, when the matter was listed for admission, the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submitted that there was no interference from the respondents’ side. Recording the said submission, this Court declined to grant any interim order. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. It is made clear that, if there is any dispute between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent, the petitioners were at liberty to seek redressal before the appropriate forum and not before this Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
