Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12610 of 2026 vide order dated 19.06.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
