This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground of making financial arrangement and to attend the marriage function in family. 2. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service on behalf of the respondent – State. 3. Heard, the learned advocates for the parties. 4. Having heard learned counsel and upon considering the averments made in the petition, particularly the grounds stated therein, as well as the jail remarks indicating that the petitioner was last released during October–November, 2025 and had reported back in time, this Court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the present petitioner, subject R/SCR.A/5592/2026 ORDER DATED: 24/04/2026 to the condition that the 9th furlough leave granted by the competent authority vide order dated 10.03.2026 has not been availed by the petitioner. 5. The petition, therefore, succeeds and is allowed in part. The petitioner is ordered to be released on parole for a period of ten days from the date of his actual release on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority on usual terms and conditions, with a further condition to mark presence before the nearest police station once during such period. The petitioner shall surrender to the jail authority on expiry of the parole leave period forthwith. Rule is made absolute accordingly. 5.1 Direct service is permitted today. (P. M.
