Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner, who is the resident of Maharana Colony, Nagpur, has approached this Court, seeking directions to the respondents to immediately start the construction work of the storm water drainage and road in front of plot No.R-1 to R-6 of the aforesaid Colony. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the planning authorities, namely the Nagpur Improvement Trust so also the Nagpur Municipal Corporation by raising such demand by issuing legal notice dated 30.03.2026, which is at page 32 (Annexure-E), and in view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have not acted upon such notice, we dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the respondent No.2-Nagpur Improvement Trust and the respondent No.3-Nagpur Municipal nd.thawre 113 2/2 Corporation, to treat the aforesaid legal notice dated 30.03.2026 as the representation made by the petitioner for the relief sought in the present petition. 4. Considering that the monsoon season has already commenced, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to decide the aforesaid representation within three weeks from the date of production of order of this Court. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 within one week from today. 6. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
