Side) for R1 ORDER The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.443 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the complaint is lodged with a huge delay of more than 40 days. Further, dummy FIR number was given so as to frame the petitioners. The entire case is false. 3. On a perusal of the First Information Report, it is seen that apart from other allegations, the allegations are also made against the petitioners that they hit the defacto complainant with knife and there is also injury to the defacto complainant. The grounds for the petitioners are kept open to be raised at the appropriate stage. 4. In view thereof, giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all their pleas at the appropriate stage, the prayer to quash the First Information Report itself cannot be countenanced and as such, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
