Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for issuance of Land Possession Certificate. He further submits that for the same relief, in respect of same land, the petitioner had filed a writ petition being WP(C) No.5643 of 2017 which was allowed on 07.12.2018 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 2. The appeal against the said order being L.P.A. No.58 of 2019 along with analogues cases filed by the State was also dismissed on 18.10.2022. Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.15185 of 2023 filed by the State, challenging the order passed in L.P.A. No.58 of 2019 along with analogues cases was also dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 26.08.2025. 3. Admittedly, so far as issuance of Land Possession Certificate for the same land is concerned, there is already an order of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in writ petition which 2026:JHHC:10259 2 was affirmed in Letters Patent Appeal and also by the Hon’ble Apex Court. 4. Thus, I find that this case will be covered by the order passed in WP(C) No.5643 of 2017. The respondents are directed to issue necessary certificate to the petitioner. 5.
