The present writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the proposed action of respondent No.3 in trying to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law. 2. This Court, vide order dated 20.04.2015, granted an interim stay of demolition, as prayed for, until further orders and further directed the petitioner shall not alienate the property to the third parties or change the nature of land. Thereafter, the present writ petition is listed today. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition can be disposed off in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 20.04.2015 by directing the respondents not to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law, subject to respondents not having taken any action against the said construction prior to passing of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
